Hi, yes, unfortunately, this is a practice I have already seen repeatedly with Pledoo, Wazbee, RoySpins and Welle, which appear to be associated with each other.
They have had Trustpilot pages removed or banned, and then new profiles have appeared under different domains. In some cases, these new profiles even appear to use or impersonate the information and addresses of legitimate businesses that have absolutely no connection to these casinos.
Promotional emails of this kind also appear to be regularly used both to attract new players and to encourage users to post highly positive reviews in order to artificially increase their Trustpilot ratings.
The fact that you received an offer of €10 in exchange for a review, even though you say you don't even have an account with them, is particularly concerning. Definitely keep the original screenshot/email, as it is concrete evidence that can be provided to Trustpilot and the relevant authorities.
Personally, based on all the evidence and practices I have observed concerning these casinos, I do not consider Pledoo to be a trustworthy casino and I strongly advise against using it.
Thank you for sharing this. Testimonies like yours are important because they help document these practices.
