At first, yes, but it was before they executed 2 of the 3 withdrawals I requested. They explained that withdrawals had been suspended throughout the casino due to suspected fraud in sports betting (which I never used).

After paying 2 of the 3 withdrawal requests, they didn't give any justification for not paying the missing withdrawal, which happened to be the first one I made (29.05).

No inicio sim, mas foi antes de executarem 2 dos 3 levantamentos que solicitei. Justificaram que os levantamentos estavam suspensos em todo o casino, por suspeita de fraude nas apostas desportivas (que nunca usei).

Depois de pagarem 2 dos 3 pedidos de levantamento, não deram qualquer justificação para o não pagamento do levantamento em falta, que por acaso até era o primeiro que fiz (29.05)
