Why would they verify my account as a New Yorker if they don’t allow players from NY?? Account was verified, I was allowed to play, allowed to deposit, but when it comes time to withdraw….? Crickets…🤔 I now see that players from NY are not allowed. Why did you even allow me to sign up and deposit??? I’m ok with not getting my winnings but you should at least refund money that was deposited…..

Hello there.

We are not the casino, ok? And I don't think you should be ok with not getting your winnings. If the casino allowed you to deposit and play, you should be treated like a normal (non-restricted) player.

The casino has to make sure this won't be allowed - it's their fault if it does. Once you manage to win according to rules and terms, the winnings must be paid - that's what's fair.

I'm happy to see you submitted the complaint. Let's see how far we can get.🤞🤞🤞

Hello 🙂Hello :-) so last week on Thursday I made a Bitcoin withdrawal request which palace of chance advertises that it’s instant withdrawal well? It’s now Tuesday late morning and it still says processing. I’ve asked customer service reps and they told me it could take up to two weeks before I get my bitcoin withdrawal? What the heck that makes zero sense they keep telling me they’re gonna escalate it, but they never do what’s going on?

Hi I moved the post under the casino you are talking about. 

Hmm, I think in this case it would be best if casinos were more careful when they state that bitcoin withdrawals are instant and then you find out that they can take up to 2 weeks. However, I have to point out that we give casinos exactly 2 weeks to resolve withdrawal requests. 

Anyway, I have a questions. Has your account ever been verified and have you ever withdrawn from a casino ? 

Because, it looks like you will have to be patient and wait. Do you think you can do it?

This is the worst online casino I have ever encountered I won 2000 and its been 6 weeks and still I haven't been paid and it's not like i won't this money off a promotion it was money I actually deposited and then won on and still I'm getting the run around when my withdrawal has been approved since 12/4/2023

Hey, what reason does the casino give you for why you haven't got your money yet and why did it take so long ? Do you have a verified account at this casino or have you had any successful withdrawals in the past ? 

Anyway, if you have a problem like this and it has been going on for quite a long time, I would recommend you to file a complaint on this link

I firmly believe that our team will be able to help you and you will eventually get your money.

My account has been verified, I made a deposit, waited the 7-10 business days for withdraw and now Ava Brown has escalated to the finance department. She could not point out where I can read about the escalation process or how long it will take to receive my withdraw. I've spoke to Howard Burton, Samantha Murphy, and Ava Brown. None of these customer support agents have had accurate information. I have sent emails and they only responded with a case number saying someone would be in touch within 72 hours.

Were all these people the live chat agents, is that right? Sometimes they are not that well informed about the withdrawals, I reckon. It is always better to contact the support by email, if they are willing to give you some answers, of course. So when exactly has you requested the withdrawal, if I may know? Yes, they are all Customer Support Specialists. This morning I spoke with Keith Levine who told me my withdraw is in escalation as they did not pay within the 7-10 business days according to their process. My account has been fully verified and I made a substantial deposit. I have emailed numerous times with an auto reply providing case numbers.

Yes, happy to write a review. I requested the withdraw on 3/5 and received on 4/3. Just under 30 days. There are so many casinos now that have instant withdraw or in some cases 2-3 days, makes you wonder how they compete with such a long payout time frame.
