I made 4 deposits in this casino. After my last deposit on the 21st of September I managed to made a withdrawal of 50 euros. On the same day I sent my verification documents to the mail ([email protected], Ovitoons casino and username in reference/mail content) they told me in livechat. So far I didnt get a mail that I am verified and I didnt receive my withdrawal. After a couple of days I went into livechat and asked them about my verification and the withdrawal. This procedure I repeated every 2 days. Each time I got the same response: That I am not verified by now and that they inform the finance team to process my withdrawal as soon as possible. But 12 days are gone by now and nothing happens, so I write this review. Maybe you can help me to get my 50 euros.
