Its horrendous I even reported to the UK gambling commission authorities well they contacted me in regards to ninecasino and said they were not licensed to work from our airspace.also I sent all proofs of my entire chat transcript to guru casino so the obvious is obvious .ninecasino said they will pay mu full balance £2400 but did not.they made claim I violated a casino law I did not when I even asked wich law did I violate I got no answer. I asked them to provide me customer casino details player number so I could pass on to e.c.g. but ninecasino did not provide it. They like when you Deposit in hundreds lose hundreds but when you win they don't like that they don't like any customer winning that's where and when they will show their real intentions and interests just to robb scamm defraud deprive customers of their lawful rights. Their rightful dues their wins their money.i do think guru casino should reopen my case and help you to. Its not right what ninecasino has done they may aswell change their name of company to the nine thieves.

I still don't get it how a casino making millions wouldn't want to pay out to players their rightful wins. I don't know if they are going to pay me out or even my deposited amount back but am just hoping they refund me so that i forget about this nine casino. How long they take to refund you the your deposits because right now am not getting any feedback from them. They closed my account , i cant access it in any way.

Thankyou I can now reiterate what I have previously expressed Explained to guru casino I sent my full transcript of screenshots of my full conversions with ninecasino online staff. In wich they said we will pay your full balance to your bank account .I fully verified bank cards statements my passport birth certificate and identity proof indate card official government documentation identification card .my bank also confirmed that ninecasino acknowledged wich country the funds were coming from. And yes they didn't broadcast highlight that British players are not allowed. They lied made up excuses. Played me around several months I was playing on their site.you deposit in hundreds no verification asked when you lose hundreds no verification asked when you win they don't like it especially if the win is a decent amount. Guru casino should reopen my case along with others who now share a same 100% solid platform and foundation.we are in the right.we have been robbed stolen from

Hey, did they tell you why they blocked your account? Was it your first deposit and they blocked you right after? They didn't ask you for any documents or anything else? I believe that in such cases there could be some verification, as it is not a small amount to deposit.

Hello, I would like to describe my situation with ninecasino. I have been verifying my account there since Feb 15th, and when I wanted to withdraw MY money, it turned out that there was always something wrong with them in the files I was sending. I had to send them everything (even bank statements unrelated to the one I was depositing through). I was asked several times about the same things, which of course I sent them. Verifying the crypto wallet, requiring an address, confirming the phone number with the operator. Eventually the account was verified, and when I thought I would withdraw my money… ninecasino blocked my account and stole the money. The questions & the problems I had with the site are one thing, but I will not allow my money to be stolen. Yesterday I received an email that my account is closed by the decision of the casino administration and my winnings are confiscated. 

Below I send you all the pictures and information. Even the employees at support were confused why it takes 2 months to verify my account. 

Now they have closed my account and they think the case is closed because I can't log into the account and take pictures that everything is verified. Well not this time, I have some pictures, confirmations that everything was already ok with the account.

It also shows a video where I have to answer the questions asked by the verification department - there would be nothing strange about it if not for the fact that ... I already answered them 6 weeks ago. It is necessary to write loudly about the fact that Ninecasino is stealing money - if they thought they could get away with it quietly, well unfortunately, not with me.filefilefilefile

You are right that this is a really long-going process indeed, and I truly don't get why they blocked your account.

Have they explained it to you in detail, by the way, what the exact reason is for doing so?

Anyway, I would suggest you file a complaint here so our team can investigate the whole matter.

They only sent such an email after 2 months of verification. This is an obvious fraud - today i will report the matter to you. Once again I will say - ninecasino is one huge scam.filefile
