Check this out. After they said they sent my money I deposited and played but the large bonuses were removed from my account. I deposited with no bonus. Every slot game took 10 minutes to load. When finally loaded the games lagged and studdard. The feature rounds took 5 minutes to load. I contacted chat and asked them if they are doing maintenance. They said no they are not. I even checked my mobile device same issue. So they did something to my account to make it harder to win. Very unfair. A complaint is on the way.
And I told the chat rep Sally I was still unhappy with finances decision to take my reversal money away. She said this again? The manager already explained what happened. I told her not good enough. The conversation ended.

Must of been tired 😉 when I wrote it zena would be better off dumping that casino and finding a good one I've dumped loads and loads 😂

Yes I have dumped plenty myself. The only dilemma is that I am running out of RTG casinos. I won at High Country and Old Havana a little while ago but every time I play there now I get no bonuses, no comp points and some how I feel my account RTP is set very low. They say they have no control. I really don't totally believe that.
I think I'm going to make a complaint about Nevada. I have nothing to lose. In the reverse withdrawal area they should say "if you reverse a pending withdrawal where a prior bonus used any additional winnings with your reversal with attach to the T&C's of that previous bonus". I did not see this in the T&C's.

If it's a RTG casino and they offer their own original games, I believe absolutely they can manipulate each game however they want, because: why wouldn't they do it if they can? It's their own games, might be just a conspiracy but I definitely believe they can manipulate the games they offer, there is nothing stopping them from doing so, there is only one RTG casino I have been curious about but the vast majority just look really bad to me

Sometimes I contact chat and I tell them the slots are boring and dead today. As soon as I start playing again they loosen up a bit. I have experienced this many times. Other times they ask me if I want to know the hot games of the day. Now that is ridiculous. How can only few slots be hot unless they do have some control. Maybe the RTP is adjustable.

UPDATE: They screwed me out of 1395.00 out of 3600 win they only sent 2205. They said i cannot have the winnings from the pending withdrawal reversal because that attaches to the original bonus money with a max cash out of 20x the deposit. The original win was 1761.00 initial bonus removed and monies in my account waiting to be sent. That bonus was completed. They offer you to reverse your withdrawal which I did and I won an additional $1250. Then I canceled the pending withdrawal and added my new winnings onto it with a total of 3168.00 because you only can have 1 pending withdrawal. Then waiting for this i deposited and won additional 500. totaling 3600. They said i cannot have the winnings from the reversal.
Before I proceed....CASINO GURU...DO I HAVE A CASE HERE???

Hello. Submit the complaint. Without the casino's "arguments" we know just half of it, but I would prefer an investigation through the complaint. I would do that.

I ask him why the bonuses in my account are super low percentages, He replied the higher percentages are for players that are just starting out and haven't won yet. So I said you took 1250 from my winnings and now you take the good bonuses also. He said we already discussed your situation with the finance manager and his team. The decision they made is final and cannot be reversed no matter what I say. I told them what happened to me in my situation is not in your T&C's. He again said that is our decision and cannot ever reversed. Its Final!
I went through something like this at Uptown aces...That was a lot more money in that battle with T&C's and I lost.

Casinos are SLIMY 🤢 they put in their terms and conditions that they have the right to change them at any time and when you sign up you agree to abide by what they decide SLIMY 🤮 so get your cash what your owed and find a better casino that treats you like a VIP. It took me years finally I've found good one.

I think, as Radka said, the best thing to do would be to open a complaint and see where this case leads. The casino does have the right to determine who they give the bonus to, but if they took your money after completion and said what they said, I think it might be worth a try as far as a complaint is concerned.

The only thing that bothers me is they are saying I mixed funds. My winnings were in my account, play thru completed, initial bonus removed. They had an option to reverse winnings and continue to play. I did that and got lucky and made an additional $1250. Now they are saying that any additional money made with a reversal reverts back to the original bonus even though it was completed and the max cash out is X20 the deposit which my deposit was only $105. 20x of 105 is $2100. 1761 original win plus additional win of 1250 is 3011. If my deposit was higher than 105 I would have received it.
105 x x20 gives me a max cash out total of 2100. this is why they removed the $1250.00

Hmm and did you know about the fact that you can only withdraw 20x your deposit before or did the casino tell you about it later. It seems like a pretty tricky case and I'm very curious how it will turn out in the end.
According to the player nigeljc we have the opportunity to see how long it took him to withdraw and so we will see how long it will take you. Anyway, be sure to let us know.

I know it was x20 before playing there. But the way I see it is the money in my account was completed bonus removed waiting for the withdrawal to be sent. They're saying that since the money was not sent out yet then any additional winnings will attached to the original bonus, which was x20, the deposit. So again since my deposit was only 105 I only had 2100 max cash out. So if I go forward with this complaint and I'm not being negative but I will probably lose. I did not see in writing what exactly happened to me in their T&C's. But I did previously post that I found a line in the T&C's that states they can change anything they want, and I'm bound to their decisions.

No, I am not sure of anything anymore. RTG withdrawal account shows, Pending, Processed, Rejected.
My wire shows processed Sept. 28 2023. So its only 5 business days from then.
