I have been trying to pull my winnings out. However, they are denying my request to pull my money out as my account isn’t verified. I have supplied bank statements, bank card photos, id and proof of address. I deposited money this weekend just gone August 17th and won 7800. But they won’t release the money unless I verify the account in which I used for a deposit made last month? Which has nothing to do with the deposit I made over the weekend just gone.

None the less I supplied bank statements clearly showing the deposits from last month.

They are trying to say that the deposits aren’t correct. Even though in my neospin account it clearly shows 4 deposit transactions, which is the exact same as my bank statements. Now they are just screwing me around not answering questions properly and not explaining questions I am asking properly. Going around in circles.


they are trying to say I made payments through Apple pay, I called Apple Pay and they have absolutely no history of me making any payments through Apple Pay. It was done through the bank card in which I have already provided the details for. This company is a joke and just absolutely toying with me. What do I do ??? I have been more then reasonable through out this. They are just toying with me

If the casino can't verify your account and you sent them everything they wanted, then we would investigate the situation. But what's most interesting is that you say you didn't deposit via Apple Pay, and they say you did. If that's the only thing they need from you and you can't provide it because you say you didn't deposit that way, then it would probably be best to contact us. 

I believe that this can be resolved somehow and everything will turn out fine.

3 days my withdrawal has been sitting there pending. I can’t fathom how it takes that long. You email them to try get some closure and they just give you the same rubbish response.

it possibly take that long to approve a withdrawal for an account that is verified. They just take the absolute piss out of you and drag it out for as long as possible hoping you will the cancel the withdrawal and gamble it.

Can you please respond to what I wrote to you? You also say that they are asking you for something you didn't do, namely a deposit using a certain method. That means you are probably not verified yet if that is the problem, and you will not receive the money until everything is resolved. So you can wait indefinitely until you resolve the issue with ApplePay deposits at the casino.

I am submitting a complaint about NeoSpin Casino (neospin10.com) due to serious issues involving:


Deposits made using a third-party card (my partner Rick’s card),

NeoSpin accepting those deposits without proper verification,

NeoSpin later rejecting the card due to name mismatch,

But refusing to refund the deposits back to the legal cardholder,

7 days with no updates on my complaint, and

Contradictory and automated responses from support.



This has caused both financial loss and significant distress.





1. Deposits Were Accepted Using a Card That Was Not Mine



I deposited funds into my NeoSpin account using my partner Rick’s Visa card.

At the time, I did not realise this was not allowed under NeoSpin’s rules.


NeoSpin accepted all deposits instantly, and the funds were used for gameplay.





2. Verification Later Rejected the Same Card



Only after deposits were made did NeoSpin inform me that:


The card cannot be accepted because the cardholder name (Rick) does not match the account name (me).

The same card that was accepted for deposits was rejected during verification.



This means NeoSpin:


Allowed mismatched deposits,

Then refused to refund those deposits back to the rightful cardholder,

Even though their own rules prohibit using a payment method that is not in your name.






3. Industry Rules Require Refunds to the Original Cardholder



Visa, Curaçao eGaming standards, and standard KYC/AML rules all require:


If a casino accepts a deposit from a card that does NOT belong to the account holder, the money must be refunded back to the legal cardholder.


NeoSpin is refusing to do this.





4. Complaint Handling Has Been Extremely Poor



For 7 days, I have received:


No updates

No explanation

No confirmation that my case is even being reviewed

No escalation to a real human

Only repeated messages saying "wait for an email"



Support has also given contradictory information, including claiming the case was "escalated" while later admitting they cannot even see the complaint or progress.





5. What I Am Requesting



This complaint is simple and fully supported by industry rules:



I am requesting that NeoSpin refund the deposited amount back to the legal cardholder (Rick), since the card was rejected for name mismatch and cannot be used.



This is the standard, required procedure for mismatched deposits.


I am also requesting that NeoSpin:


Provide a clear update on my complaint,

Explain the 7-day delay with no progress,

Ensure the matter is reviewed by a real human supervisor.






6. Evidence I Can Provide



I can supply all of the following:


Screenshots of deposits made with Rick’s card

Support messages confirming the card was rejected due to name mismatch

Proof of card ownership

Chat logs showing the 7-day delay and contradictory information

Please know that in most online casinos it is not allowed to use someone else's card to deposit, and it is always written in the casino's terms. Every player has to read those before playing and depositing, actually.

Im having a issue with neospin. I win alot on this casino. Im still waiting for m'y windrawal of 6000$ always give me that its been process. Everyday like 6 days now. No deposit. And i ad 30 000 $ in m'y account now they close my account. I have no more acess to m'y account . And m'y vip manager keep telling me that. They are working on m'y windraw and. Day after Day. Im getting very nervous its alot of money. Hope. They gone pay me.

Hello, perhaps there is an additional verification—aside from the one you have already passed. This type of verification is quite common when the player scores highly. It could be the case and it does not mean you should worry. I understand the situation is unnerving, but try to calm down, please.
