I'd say you did what you could because now it is up to the complaint handler to assess information and then, with a bit of luck, help you achieve a fair result by talking to the casino.
If you can, try to focus your mind on something else. You must have been under a lot of stress and generally speaking, leave that to the complaint. It may sound stupid, but try to relax. 🙏
Until your complaint progresses further, there is not much to do anyway.

You know it’s a bit difficult because my wife is pregnant and that was a gift from god. It was such I gift and I tried to be thankful but you know they scam me

Trying to be very positive but the cost the Gold Coast of the situation is big and they thought it was a good gift that I gain some money for a economical relief never mind thank you very much for the positive thought and I am very grateful that I learned about you, thank you very much
