Scam site!!!

I have withdrawn £3600. I've been disabled from the live chat and all my emails are ignored. I initiated the withdrawal 20 days ago and whilst this hasn't quite reached their nonsensical 7-21 days for reviewing purposes (even though they advertise the fact that the withdrawals take 1-2 days on their T&Cs and then send a withdrawal confirmation saying 4 days!) I am under no illusions I will get this back. Unless I receive my funds by the end of this week - I will be contacting a private investigator to try to find out where they are based (Their 'made up' registered address is a wine shop in Altrincham, Cheshire UK) and I will be contacting all their gaming providers to stop working with them!

I am really sorry that you have to go through this situation, but unfortunately this casino is no good. You can also see it from its safety index and the warning placed on our site.

As Veronika explained to you in your complaint, they have no intention to communicate with us whatsoever.

May I ask how you came across this casino, please?

I can’t see how this is possible at all because they are not a casino in anyway except for the front end of a scam site. They are registered as retailers in Africa on the financial side / Cyprus, so people have been defrauded here…


Strangely, I have been successful in getting one payout from a withdrawal (please note this is after depositing an amount 5x bigger) as well as chargebacks from my bank. I told the complete on whole truth and it looks like they have investigated and I have 80% of the amount back (substantial amount)

I also consider such sites to be just offshore companies pretending to be casinos because that is still quite an easy way to lure players into depositing; thus, your efforts are very much appreciated. 🐱‍🏍👍

Πριν από δεκαεπτά μέρες έκανα κατάθεση εκεί και κέρδισα 150€. Τότε ζήτησα απόσυρση. Σύμφωνα με την επιβεβαίωση από το καζίνο, η ανάληψη θα πρέπει να διεκπεραιωθεί εντός δύο έως τεσσάρων ημερών.

Αφού παρήλθε αυτή η προθεσμία, επικοινώνησα με την υποστήριξη πελατών. Μου είπαν ότι οι αναλήψεις μπορεί πλέον να διαρκέσουν 7 έως 21 ημέρες. Δεν μπορούσαν ή δεν ήθελαν να μου δώσουν συγκεκριμένο λόγο για την καθυστέρηση. Αντίθετα, όταν ρώτησα, έλαβα μόνο γενικές απαντήσεις όπως "η πληρωμή θα διεκπεραιωθεί σύντομα" ή "δεν θα αργήσει πολύ τώρα".

Η επαλήθευση μου έχει ολοκληρωθεί πλήρως και σύμφωνα με τον ιστότοπο, το καζίνο διαφημίζει ότι οι αναλήψεις συνήθως χρειάζονται 2 έως 4 ημέρες. Μέχρι στιγμής έχουν περάσει 17 μέρες και ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει τα λεφτά μου.

Ως εκ τούτου, ζητώ ευγενικά την υποστήριξή σας σε αυτήν την περίπτωση.

nowhere at all - I have 2 bank accounts and my Kroo account refunded as they said the 'merchant' never responded. My other bank are saying "the transactions that we wrote to you about were to Giftoza which is not a gambling website" so I don't think they even understood what I told them!
