Just to update that they did reply first thing Monday to say that they were going to send the money back to my card, however it may take up to 8 days.

I've only just checked now but appears the card payment went through on Monday so received the full balance back via card on the day they processed it.

Not sure why that messaged originally about my bank refusing, assume it was an automatic message.

Anyway the games are good there etc and happy it's UK registered, although personally I'd be concerned about only payments being made by bank transfer, ..which thankfully didn't happen so can't complain. Communication seemed good although guessing the payment side only work week days.
