So the money is there, just in a different currency. The casino has been telling you that USD is available for you, while it is not on your end.

How about suggesting a call with asupport, ask them to navigate you in real time during the call so you can demonstrate what options you currently have available.

Do you think it is worth a try? We usually resolve similar issues the same way on the user end.

The problem is there that support is useless. Every time I ask them just to show me any way how can I change currency to USDT if what they are saying is true. But they creating tickets and saying that the specialists team will take care of this issue but they even don't text you to email, you should text to support and all of that starts again, new ticket and copy pasted answers. And I believe, if they wanted it would be literally 5 minutes job to make it show on my account.

Oh my! So, to resolve this issue, tech support is needed; therefore, the "usual" support team has been creating tickets. No wonder you are fed up already. 🙁

Some casinos have a predefined system and only communicate with third-party technical support. I wonder whether you have been experiencing this model.

I agree, though. If the casino were willing to find the solution, they would be more active, at least in communicating with you. However, none of this helps us resolve the matter.

Hello again, last time you told me that i should wait for the luckystar team to finish the processing of my verification and to not make any decisions till that moment.Today it has passed 23 days already from the filling of the verification application, dont you think that its little bit concerning that casino is making me to wait for the maximal time of the wait, taking into the consideration that i have to wait for my verification second time. I would suggest my self to make a complaint against this casino, because all of the facts which i have mentioned up there.So i would really like to listen what do you suggest.

If you've been waiting 23 days, then definitely. We give casinos 14 days to resolve such issues. If you still can't verify your account and are waiting, I would definitely lodge a complaint.

Can you tell me what exactly you're waiting for now? Did you send them some documents and some of them weren't accepted?

So if you look at my previous replies to your other casino guru team member you can get all the information which you are asking for but again i can clearly say that i was fully verified on this casino in october of 9th, then in november i received an email from luckystar security team that they are requesting my verification again this happened on 15th of november, so now it have passed about 25 days since the second verification process.Your team member told me that i should wait but how longer i should be waiting for my verification process to be completed.Let me know if you will need some additional information.

I read what you wrote. If I were you, I wouldn't wait any longer with the complaint and would open it now. I already said that we give the casino 14 days for this process. If you still haven't heard anything and the casino keeps repeating the same thing, it would be good to find out what's going on. Maybe something was flagged and the casino is trying to figure out what's going on, but it certainly shouldn't take this long.

What do you suggest the topic of the complaint should be the withdrawal or the account issue? also what are the odds that i will receive my funds on the account and they will not just block me and take my whole balance?

Personally, I would choose the account issue since it concerns verification. In any case, it's not that important since you describe your situation and we will try to help you with the withdrawal you have there. 

I can't estimate the likelihood of you getting your money back. Our team will try to contact the casino and see if they will resolve the issue. So far, they don't have a single unresolved complaint, so I hope they will.
