I want to strongly warn others against using Lucki.casino.
I deposited 100 EUR and won a small amount. After completing the wagering requirements, I requested a withdrawal of 300 EUR. They did not respond until four days after my initial request. As expected, they then required full account verification.
I submitted my documents, which were nevertheless rejected — despite the fact that the exact same documents have been approved without any issues by 15–20 other casinos. It became clear that the verification process was deliberately slowed down and used to obstruct the withdrawal.
They informed me that my phone number had to be verified via their live chat. The problem is that they do not actually have a functioning live chat, despite advertising one on their website. Throughout the process, I received contradictory information from their support team. Eventually, I managed to get all details verified.
Shortly after that, my winnings were confiscated due to an alleged breach of bonus rules. I had unknowingly played a few spins on slots that are prohibited during bonus play. This restriction is buried in fine print across 100–200 pages of terms and conditions. Unlike many reputable casinos, these games are not technically blocked when a bonus is active. You are expected to avoid them manually, which appears to be a setup designed to trap players into accidental rule violations.
My account has now been blocked, and I am unable to withdraw even my original deposit. For this reason, I will be contacting my bank after the holidays to initiate a chargeback for my deposit.
They could have rejected the withdrawal immediately based on the bonus rules, but instead waited until they had collected all my personal documentation. In my view, this is highly concerning.

Sadly, not every platform is capable of blocking every restricted game associated with a bonus. 🙁 Which leaves the responsibility on players. I understand such mistakes may happen very easily, and I believe a fair approach would be to reset the bets you made on restricted games; however, it always depends on the concrete situation.
For example, the amount of ill-placed bets plays an important role in finding the fair outcome, which also respects the casino's rules.
To me, it seems you are well aware of your own mistakes and the casino rules. I would be very hesitant to say that no one was mistaken here.
Feel free to submit the complaint if you want professionals to look into that in every detail.
At other casinos:
• they don’t take 4–7 days just to respond to inquiries. Here, they deliberately drag things out with automated replies.
• they don’t advertise a live chat that doesn’t exist. Part of the verification process is supposed to take place through this live chat, which does not exist – fantastic.
• you’re not required to sit with a list in hand of which games you’re allowed to play. Other casinos block the restricted games themselves and act more fairly if issues arise.
• verification documents are not rejected automatically. Documents that other casinos approved without reservations were rejected here, and it was impossible to get any explanation – the only goal was to waste time.
• they hold a valid gambling license and adhere to industry standards and fair bonus policies. Lucki.casino has NO license. They ultimately set all the rules themselves.
Status: I still have not received my deposit back. I’m sharing my experience to warn others. I have no doubt that this "dirty business" is carefully constructed with the purpose of screwing over people who are not well-versed in the law and industry frameworks.
I strongly warn against playing there. They lure players in with a 200% bonus because they know they can wriggle their way out of paying. The vast majority of users trust that things are handled fairly and properly and don’t sit down to chew through 100 pages of dry fine print. I understand this is a bad user experience. Playing with bonuses is even more complicated if you always count on the casino, not on rules. However, I know that if you provide relevant evidence on Trustpilot and it is confirmed, the reviews could probably be deleted. But you would have to be 100% sure, and I don't know if it's entirely provable if you say something like, "I had this problem there, and the other reviews are fake."
