Warning to everyone – stay away from Lucki.casino
I want to strongly warn others against using Lucki.casino.
I deposited 100 EUR and won a small amount. After completing the wagering requirements, I requested a withdrawal of 300 EUR. They did not respond until four days after my initial request. As expected, they then required full account verification.
I submitted my documents, which were nevertheless rejected — despite the fact that the exact same documents have been approved without any issues by 15–20 other casinos. It became clear that the verification process was deliberately slowed down and used to obstruct the withdrawal.
They informed me that my phone number had to be verified via their live chat. The problem is that they do not actually have a functioning live chat, despite advertising one on their website. Throughout the process, I received contradictory information from their support team. Eventually, I managed to get all details verified.
Shortly after that, my winnings were confiscated due to an alleged breach of bonus rules. I had unknowingly played a few spins on slots that are prohibited during bonus play. This restriction is buried in fine print across 100–200 pages of terms and conditions. Unlike many reputable casinos, these games are not technically blocked when a bonus is active. You are expected to avoid them manually, which appears to be a setup designed to trap players into accidental rule violations.
My account has now been blocked, and I am unable to withdraw even my original deposit. For this reason, I will be contacting my bank after the holidays to initiate a chargeback for my deposit.
They could have rejected the withdrawal immediately based on the bonus rules, but instead waited until they had collected all my personal documentation. In my view, this is highly concerning.
