I’m sharing this to warn other players and expose what’s happening at Luck.com.

I’ve been a loyal player on their platform for almost a year. A few weeks ago, I won €10,000 through fair play, with no bonuses or promotions involved. Everything was legit.

After the win, they blocked my account with no clear explanation. They mentioned an issue with my ID (even though it was submitted and valid at the time) and claimed I used my wife’s card for a deposit — something their support actually instructed me to do.

Once they requested my updated ID/passport, I sent it immediately. I also have screenshots of all conversations, proof of ownership and permission for the card used, and everything was transparent.

Still, they refuse to process my withdrawal or unlock my account.

If this happened to anyone else, or if you have advice on how to push this further (legally or through regulators), please let me know. I believe this is abusive behavior and should not go unnoticed.

Hi, first of all I would like to ask you if you have played in this casino because we have it listed as closed. Could you maybe share the url of the casino for clarification? 

Regarding your situation, do you also have a conversation about where the casino tells you to use or are you allowed to use your wife's card? That's a violation of the rules in any casino, so if you were led to do that, that would be pretty weird. 

Players must use everything on their behalf, including the payment method. 

So they blocked your account and what is the main problem with the ID and therefore the verification? How long has it been going on that you can't withdraw money?

I deposit from my account i win the money i press chash out on her card, that's not a reason to take 10k and my ID was good when I create the account 1 year ago and 2 mounts ago expire , they aske fot another id and I give them a valid passport.

You say you won and tried to withdraw the money, where do you mention "on her card" what is that supposed to mean? Did you withdraw money on someone else's payment method?

As for the ID, they asked for it from you and you had it expired? Are you in the process of getting a new ID? When you gave them your passport what did they say?

After i give them all the documents required, they said nothing, they close my account .

Yes I want to withdraw on my wife's card the money that i win depositing from my card. This should not be a good reason to take the money.

It's a pity they didn't tell you why your account was closed. It would be good to know why it happened, that's a fact. Were all your documents accepted? You didn't use your wife's payment method before? 

As for withdrawing money to a payment method other than yours, I would be careful. In almost every casino it's a violation of the rules and everything has to be in your name if it's your account. Also the payment method. So for example, if you deposited from your wife's card and won, that is also a reason for the casino to take your money.
