Also, if they don't comment at all on the withdrawal I'm not sure what could be behind it, so I probably wouldn't hesitate too long.

Hmm, I'd probably reconsider getting a bonus like that or look at my gaming experience if they've ever used it and had the same offer, since it's a special offer. But first I'd probably want to know what happened with the tournament because it probably wouldn't give me much credibility then.

I would assume that the casino would fix this quickly since there is no option and I would also like to know when it would be done. If it still persists let me know and if the casino also ignores you we will try to help if we can.

In rules is written if you are level 2 you can withdraw 2500e per day, but they put me wirhdrawal limit 200e per week. Really strange situations.

Looks like they allow 200 per month, crazy really, next available withdraw on 01.11. and 200e.


I sent mail, but alrrady 3-4 days didn't receive reply, I will withdraw 1k for 5 months, amazing, in their rules level 2 is available 2500e day per day and they allow me 200e per month.

As I can see, we don't even have this kind of information in our review, and it could be really helpful if you would have some screenshot from the email from support regarding the withdrawal limit.

It is very low, for sure, though.
