Day 2 - Checked my account to see my money back in my balance, accused of pressing rollback to balance by the chat team which I never did. Requested withdrawal again.
Ok, so the casino believes you canceled the withdrawal on your own, however, you did not. That's not a a good sign at all. Hope to see more positive feedback tomorrow.

How long has it been now exactly, and which payment method did you use at the end?
This has now been going since last Friday 15th of March.
Second withdrawal has now failed and next they’re saying I can try a VISA card instead of Mastercard but funds haven’t been returned my balance yet.
33 emails so far to try and get this sorted, customer service is terrible they are extremely slow.
In this case, I would really suggest you submit a complaint here so our team can intervene. It must be surely frustrating to go around in circles. Right?
