If anyone fakes the birthdate to pass the registration, I'm quite sure the casino is not responsible when someone is acting in bad faith directly against the rules. Furthermore, such a player would have a hard time passing the KYC with fake personal detail.

Three months after you feel an urge to play there again, so you go for a new registration, but you won't pass with the same personal details.
