So after using their complaints system, they fully refunded my deposit.
Apparently I breached the terms and conditions, but they have not elaborated on which term I broke, and having been through them thoroughly I can't see how either.
I'm guessing they don't like people winning anything and hope everyone who adds funds gambles the lot away.
It's a shame, the 24/7 live chat was a great feature and the people on it were always polite and well spoken, the website was also pretty slick and well put together. The whole thing had a lot going for it.

But it's unfair to have your winnings voided for a vague rule violation. Ok so my withdrawals were denied and account locked. I have had no explanation. But looking thrue the terms and conditions i see now that swedish players are not accepted(neither is players from UK).
This would all be fine if it wasnt for the fact that upon registration i choose Sweden as my recidense, provided and verified a swedish phone number. The site is in swedish, the livechat greets me in swedish. And last friday they accepted my swedish ID and verified my swedish adress. I could have made more deposits between friday and today after the casino verified me as a swede, luckily i didnt.
It is clear they are intentionally targeting swedish players
In that case, I would file a complaint. If you didn't try to bypass the registration and entered everything correctly, it shouldn't have let you in, and if you deposited money there, the casino should pay you out and then close your account.
The way they did it is not how it should work in any casino.

Yes, they have not responded to one yet, and three others are still open. It is important to remember that even if you see that a casino is not responding, filing a complaint is a step towards what you said, so that other players do not go there to play.
The safety index will decrease, and if several players say so and there is a casino that does not respond to us, does not pay players, and so on, then it deserves such a safety index. I mean this in general for any casino.

This has been a terrible experience. I deposited €150, received a bonus, wagered it, and requested a withdrawal of €1000. I immediately received an email asking for documents for KYC verification, which I sent 3 days ago. My account still hasn’t been verified, even though the website says the process takes 48 hours.
Whenever I contact the chat bot, I get the same generic response, and they never reply to emails. On TrustPilot, almost all positive reviews are fake, while the only genuine ones are negative, just like mine.

Hi, I would try to hold out a little longer. The casino stated that it could take three days, but sometimes that's not the case. There was also a weekend, which I wouldn't count towards the processing time.
However, what does the casino tell you as a general response?
I would like to say that we give casinos 14 days for this entire process, and if they fail to verify you and you have further problems, we will try to help you.

The system should have blocked me right after I entered my Swedish address.
I just want to warn other players not to end up in the same situation as I did. I’ve already read about many people experiencing the exact same problem.

I think you'll at least get your deposits back. I did after contacting their customer support by email.
They said it would take 14 days but only took 2.
Definitely a scam site though, they are preying on people who lose all deposits or can't be bothered to chase them up.

Did the casino tell you that your country is restricted? You didn't mention that before. You can always check which countries are restricted in the Terms and Conditions before playing at a casino.
However, if your country is restricted, you would be able to register and deposit, and everything would be fine, but the casino would have a problem when you withdraw your winnings. In our opinion, they should pay you out.

I have now requested a withdrawal of my deposit and I am waiting to see what will happen next, and what excuse they will come up with this time.
