I would rather say that this way they can stop talking to you and every time you write something in the chat they will close it or they could disable it. I've seen that happen before, so I'd rather keep a cool head and try to be patient. If you can't get the money and resolve anything with the casino, then we will try to help as I mentioned. Threatening the casino and being rude is definitely not going to help the situation I personally think. 🙂

Definitely, you shouldn't let yourself get frustrated, even though I know that some situations are not pleasant for players and sometimes they lose the will to be patient. Sometimes I don't blame them, but the one who can control it has a big advantage.
