Καλησπέρα, νομίζω ότι είμαι άλλο ένα θύμα των καζίνο rabidi nv, δηλαδή του joker8 (www.1joker8.com), έκανα κατάθεση, έκανα ανάληψη. Μετά ζήτησα ακύρωση λογαριασμού και η ανάληψη ακυρώθηκε. Μετά λένε ότι η ανάληψη πρέπει να είναι χειροκίνητη, αυτό στις 16/01, στο chat λένε ότι πρέπει να στείλω email και ότι το προωθούν στο οικονομικό. Μετά από λίγες μέρες έλαβα ένα email που έλεγε ότι η χειροκίνητη μεταφορά δεν έγινε για λόγους που το iban ήταν λάθος, για να στείλω απόδειξη. Έστειλα την απόδειξη περίπου 4 φορές και το chat πάντα έλεγε ότι όλα είναι καλά και θα διεκπεραιωθούν. Χθες έλαβα ένα email που με ενημέρωσε ότι η ανάληψη πρέπει να γίνει σε λογαριασμό skrill, έκανα την κατάθεση μέσω mbway και μπορώ να κάνω αναλήψεις μέσω τραπεζικού εμβάσματος. Έκανα λογαριασμό skrill, έστειλα τα στοιχεία και η απάντηση είναι ότι όλα είναι εντάξει και επεξεργάζεται το οικονομικό τμήμα.

Τούτου λεχθέντος, νομίζω ότι έχω χάσει την ελπίδα μου, είναι 401 €, είναι χρήματα, αλλά όταν κοιτάζω ανθρώπους που μιλούν για 100.000 και πάνω, ανησυχώ.

Κλέβουν κατάφωρα και κανείς δεν κάνει τίποτα.

Hi, I certainly wouldn't like it either if the chat tells you that everything you've provided is fine and then for some reason the withdrawal doesn't go through. I see you had to use another alternative to withdraw, which is Skrill. Regarding the withdrawal, is it still pending ? When did you make one to this Skrill account ?
