Kinda curious how Miidelgado's case is playing out. Looks like the complaint was submitted to Curacao Gaming about two months ago (judging by the timeframe posted with the interactions), yet this is still listed as waiting for their decision.

Has there been any further developments with this?

Sadly, it's not so uncommon that Curacao does not respond at all or just informs the players about a negative result very briefly. 

I can understand that some players are simply discouraged by this development and lose interest in cooperation. 🙁

don’t play at the jeetcity casino, I registered with them, submitted all the documents for verification and they didn’t check for 3 months, I played, deposited and withdrew money until one day I won a large amount of almost 37,000 Canadian dollars! when I won, I started to withdraw money, but my withdrawal requests were rejected and asked to go through verification, I passed and they checked for a long time, and every time I wrote to them how long to wait, they didn’t give me any deadlines or information (they just told me to come back and enjoy the game) I returned and started playing, time passed and in 2 days I lost almost the entire amount, only 3600 dollars remained and they transferred me only 3000 and left 600 and still don’t give it back! I want to note that when I wrote to them about my displeasure that they were stalling for time and for this I lost, they blocked me with the pretext that I was an addict! How come ? they themselves offered to play! and it’s my right to play! My complaints were as follows (why didn’t they check my data right away?) Hi, I see that you have uploaded a pretty significant win according to your complaint that you have opened with us and there are currently problems with the withdrawal. How long are you waiting for your money ? We give casinos 14 days for this process. Did the casino give you a specific reason why you have to wait ? I believe that if you win so much money the casino must check it and if they have nothing new you will have to wait, but some update would be useful, because waiting and not knowing anything is also not pleasant for the players. 

So it's good that you've filed a complaint and we'll see where the team gets to.

I hope everything will be resolved fairly.

Jeet City is a Dama casino, which means it's probably got an Antillephone license. Their attitude towards complaints is generally "Don't call us; we don't care".

What's the reasoning anyway? If I may add a theory, occasionally offshore casinos, the ones missing a GGL license, have to use 3rd party companies to allow withdrawals to citizens of Germany (and also to other heavily regulated markets). I hope I'm wrong but how do your local banks reflect gambling transactions?

Just saying it could be the case. Of course, the casino has to find solution and a reasonable explanation would be sufficient.
