It was the worst casino site which ask the documenta for kyc and after that don't verify it and makes pending and also stops the game and users can't play it

You write that they are pending and therefore it is possible that the casino did not check them already, so maybe that is why you are not verified yet. We give casinos 14 days to sort out such a process, so I wouldn't worry right away.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Highroller Casino. I'm currently in a potential-dispute with them because they refuse to recognise my bank statement as valid proof of deposits. They insist on seeing the transaction made directly to their end and want the name of the casino to appear on the statement.

Here's the kicker: I rarely use my credit card for these transactions and typically rely on Interac e-Transfer. So, what shows up on my bank statement is 'INTERAC e-Transfer To: Gigadat Inc,' not the casino's name.

This situation reminds me of a similar issue I faced with another casino a few years ago. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it does feel like a potential dispute in the making.

For now, I'm planning to wait until next month when my bank issues the statement that includes yesterday's transaction. If things don’t move forward, I’ll consider calling my bank to expedite a statement with the latest transactions.

Has anyone else faced something similar? Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hey, I'd say you're going about it pretty reasonably. Certainly if possible, I'd check with the bank if it's possible to get such a document. If it's not possible and even Interac can't deliver it, then you can contact us and we'll try to help you if you can't reach an agreement with the casino.

fileBank statement sent from last month (i had to wait until the end of this day to send them the bank statement that show the transaction -Interac- to their casino) lets see what is going to be their reply. If they reply with the same argument asking for other records i will automatically file a complaint.

and 2 hours later they released my funds.

They took looong time to release my funds because of the verification issue, once they received the new bank statement the funds were release very fast. The payment i used was Interac. and i collect the money using the same method.
