I have been waiting for a withdrawal for 20 days now. The company clearly has no intention of paying me. I currently have three withdrawal requests in a row, and not a single one has been completed.

They keep giving me the same excuse, saying they have a high volume of requests. That might have been believable at first, but after three weeks it’s no longer acceptable.

This casino is a scam. I strongly advise everyone not to play here, because you will simply lose your money. It is completely unreliable.

If there are any updates regarding my withdrawals, I will let you know. But at this point, this casino looks like a huge scam. The responses I receive are always the same and do not lead to any real solution.

Έστειλα τα τραπεζικά έγγραφα και τώρα δεν έχω πρόσβαση στον λογαριασμό μου εδώ και μέρες, επειδή μου λέει ότι βρίσκεται υπό έλεγχο, η υποστήριξη δεν απαντά ή τουλάχιστον δεν δίνει εξαντλητικές απαντήσεις.

Hello, from your posts, it seems you are complaining about a loss at the casino. I understand you hoped for a different outcome, but the reality is that gambling, especially on slots, is more about losing. So without actual hard data, I believe there is no point in pushing such an an opinion further. I respect your feelings, but maybe gambling is not very healthy with such expectations.

For example, at the same time in another thread about free slot games, a different player said "Buying DOUBLE MULTIPLIER BUT GET NO MULTIPLIER!!!!" but that's normal, like losing. RTP is below 100%, which, based on the game's volatility, is kind of predicting more losing spins. It's math with the RNG factor thrown in. There are no guarantees. 🙁
