There is a user called "ostoneyo" who wrote a review about 4crowns here a few weeks ago who said they accepted his withdrawal and he was just waiting on the funds to be credited but there’s been no update. Is there anyway you could contact them or something to find out if they recieved their money?

24-48h is a time frame our system needs to initiate the checking procedure. After that, a relevant department is checking your game, account and financial history, which is a standard procedure for all withdrawals.
This process can take 7-21 business days (Monday-Friday), depending on the volume of requests.

The reply instantly shows it's a bad casino, which is also well reflected in our review. It's also nonsense to claim that "24-48h is a time frame our system needs to initiate the checking procedure". There's no system initiating a checking procedure. Since they say they check the game history manually, they don't need to use any initiating system for it. They simply look at the pending withdrawals and start checking one by one starting with the oldest one.
If you manage to get any winnings from them, run away!
I wating for my cash out 3300£ from 19 January now its 1 March and its still pending , so thats means they never gonna pay me out right?

I withdrew £450 on the 10th december 2021,I found out yesterday 9th march 2022 that they had returned my withdrawal to my casino account,they did not inform me of this I just happened to check site to yet again enquire if I would ever receive my withdrawal &was told that there had been a problem with my withdrawal &I could start the process again. LMAO It seems obvious to me that I will never receive the payment,my choices are go on the site & lose the money or let them confiscate the money due to lack of activity on my account , either way bye bye winnings

I made a withdrawal 1 month ago. still waiting.. customer services stated it takes 20 working days to go through the process.. its now passed that and still nothing.. they now say due to high demand the process is taking longer and please be patient. How do they expect anyone to be patient over this long drawn out process. No other site is like it. they are a bunch of FRAUDSTERS and the site should be banned or closed down for good.
