Eurobet casino is a shady scamming casino. Do not play deposit here. I bet my last 5$ on live blackjack and I got bj. They removed my winning and logged me out. The winning amount of 12.5$ disappeared after I won. I contacted support, they told it all my skilll and luck. They ignoreed my claim. They said they give me some bonus chip. All bad reviews about this casino are true. They only took your deposits fast and won’t let you receive your winnings.

Eurobet casino is a shady scamming casino. Do not play deposit here. They used fake reviews to attract gamblers. I did not notice after I end up lost it all 5k deposit here since Feb 2024. They managed to let me lose it all. Live dealer rarely burst. Watching out carefully the scanner and the card cutter. They are all suspicious. I bet my last 5$ on live blackjack and I got bj. Hi, right off the bat I would say you did the right thing by starting a complaint. I think in situations like this there is nothing to wait for if the casino takes your money and doesn't tell you anything about it. Didn't you get any reason why they took your winnings from the blackjack ? And I probably wouldn't be happy if they wanted to give me a chip for it because I think it's unfair.
That's why our team will try to help and I hope everything will be fair.

There was no reason. They are scammers. I had no ideas why they did it. Maybe they wanted me to lose it all and to make new deposits. Maybe they saw my bad reviews to their casino in trustpilot. Lucky I only deposited $500. If I deposit 5k, I would say good bye to my saving money.

I have one more suggestion, and that is that unless you have money set aside somewhere that you know you won't be sorry if you lose, don't play in any casino. It should never end up with you spending all your savings there, but it should be a form of relaxation, not stress.
Anyway, let's see what our team can sort out and how it all turns out.

Hi, it seems strange to me. Do you also know the decision why you had to reverse your withdrawal twice ? I find it quite unusual and would like to know the reason.
What's worse is that they don't respond to complaints that players file with us, so even if there are some problems and the casino doesn't pay out the money, I'm worried about how it will turn out.
If you manage to make a withdrawal, I would probably get away from this casino as soon as possible.

I see you got nowhere by what you describe.
Of course, if you need to, you can file a complaint here, and the good thing would be that if they don't try to resolve it, then the casino gets black points and its safety index is lowered.
That's at least satisfaction from the whole situation.
However, I would definitely try to withdraw the money and I believe that somehow it will be done. If not, you can take the lesson and never come back to this casino again.
