I'm sorry for your issues but would be good to stick with the complaint now, I'd guess.

As far as I can see it seems that you used a 3rd party payment option which is against the rules. Kindly mind that and from now on, always deposit in casinos with our personal payment options, please.

There are other impressive details, so I feel it's quite lucky that we are not a casino, hence we do not close profiles due to creating multiple accounts. 🙂
