I played again without any issues. My withdrawals were processed normally. I deposited money with debit card and I received with bank transaction next day.

Usually, I played lightning roulette. I bet several numbers including zero and as coverage dozens or colors. I try to minimize the possibility of loss.

Interesting. I've played roulette once and not for my money, but I've only bet by feel. Hockey players from our town won the league and were in the gambling house at the time and one of them told me to bet on a couple of numbers. And I ended up making him €300. So I have to say that, I have had nothing but trouble trying to withdraw,from being told i was doing it incorrectly following all instructions multiple attempts and no success still over 5days I found somewhere that mentioned u can only withdraw using same as deposit method. Support never mentioned this I have just told them this as I was trying bank transfer instead of Mastercard wich was the method I used to deposit. But there is no option method for Mastercard. I'm currently waiting to hear from highflybet support. I will update once I here what they have to say

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble withdrawing. 😥
According to what you have seen or tried and therefore withdrawing by the same method as you deposited is correct. If the casino doesn't have it then I would expect them to help you choose the right one so you don't have to have every withdrawal rejected until you get it right. This is not happening so far, which is probably not the best sign and I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process.
If nothing happens, they don't communicate with you, you don't have the money, write and we will try to help.

When they email to say withdraw cancelled, they say to try a different method. They don't have any apart from bitcoin and way that the don't have or don't use the method I deposited with for withdraw.

Sometimes it's limiting but it happens more often that the casino doesn't have to have the same method to select, but they should always recommend what method you can use to avoid that you choose a different one and they reject your next withdrawal. Sometimes you need to make a small verification deposit to be able to use another method.
But since you say they only have bitcoin to withdraw, do you have a crypto wallet and have you tried this option?

Did you try to switch into @gmail? Based on my experiences, this box works the best for receiving automated emails, though sometimes you have to look into promos or spam.
This is indeed a nasty issue. It seems to me that this is primarily a technical problem, but the casino is responsible for resolving it, and it is truly painful to see you keep trying without success.
