So langsam denke ich, die versuchen untereinander etwas auszumachen. Ich hab ihr darauf die Frage gestellt, ob sie mich noch weiter vertreten möchte, da war sie wieder etwas anderes unterwegs….

Vergleiche sind des Anwalts Liebling, nicht vergessen. Bei Leovegas haben sich damals ja auch plötzlich alle Klägeranwälte auf die lächerlichen 15% eingelassen. Warum? Weil die Anwälte alle Kosten nach vollem Streitwert erstattet bekommen haben.

Wir sind den Anwälten völlig egal, die Beklagten sind den anderen Anwälten auf der Gegenseite auch egal. Hauptsache die Kohle stimmt. Mich würde es nicht wundern, wenn hier in Zukunft noch komische Sachen passieren und irgendwelche Generalvergleiche kommen, unsere Anwälte plötzlich handzahm werden etc.

Ich würde 25% auf jeden Fall niemals annehmen. Und wenn ich dazu gedrängt werde, erst recht nicht.

Schauen wir mal was dabei rauskommt, es sieht ja so aus als ob auf Vergleiche gedrängt wird und wahrscheinlich wird es die wie immer öfter genannten Generalvergleiche geben. Schlimm finde ich dass wir nun 5Jahre warten +weitere 2-3 Jahre sicher noch um dann 40%? 50%? zu erhalten… schrecklich und verdient dabei hat? eh schon wissen……….

Da hast du natürlich recht, aber ohne die guten Anwälte, wäre dieses System nie so entdeckt worden und diese Möglichkeit,wäre vielleicht nie entstanden. Wie gesagt,ich hatte das Geld abgeschrieben,da Ich über diese jetzige Möglichkeit, nur durch Zufall erfuhr,daß es so sein könnte.

Illegal bleibt illegal und trotzdem bist du den Schritt gegangen, oder wir in erster Linie und haben

eingezahlt,also muss man als erstes bei sich anfangen und auf sich sauer sein. Wenn es nicht illegal gewesen wäre,hättest du dich sicher nicht beschwert und es so hingenommen,wenn du genau den gleichen Betrag verloren hättest.
