Hello, yes it does make sense. Thank you for your expertise. For now ill wait and see what comes of the pending withdrawal. & will lodge the complaint once i get to 14 days. Its going to be a long process to withdraw $26,000 at $900 each withdrawal request 😩

To be honest this is the 1st time I have applied for self exclusion with a balance. usually it's after a total beat down to zero balance. I will keep checking my emails and let you all know. Good luck everyone.

Thanks for mentioning this and I dare say I can understand how awkward and maybe even unpleasant this is when the casino is "interestingly" delayed with regular payouts. Without explanation, you said? The system the casino uses for completing verifications could certainly use an upgrade. 🙁 Just a heads up: If you really struggle to pass KYC due to e.g. unclear instructions, lack of communication and cooperation, then I would not hesitate to lodge a formal complaint. It's free for you, a question mark for the casino.

i lodged a complaint 3 failed withdrawals in a week. The most recent one says it was successful. Funds never hit my bank account and were deposited straight back into my casino balance. So i have lodged a complaint with your team to get help.

My account is now closed and a separate department has been contacted called [email protected] who requires reasons for remaining balance to be refunded...im NOT holding my breath.

Every time they put your withdrawal in review and wait for the last day to process the withdrawal payment i got 500 till now let’s see they gonna give me money back again or not

Im waiting for 2 months for my documents to be verified.id selfie and proof of address has been approved, and now they say they can't match my payment with the merchant appearing in the transaction. They think im going to give up, making up excuses so they don't proceed with your payment.

Yes i understand i have to wait until it reached 12 days im at day 8 and have had 4 failed withdrawals, or it shows as successful and the fund appear back in my casino balance. So ill keep trying and when it gets to 14 days you guys can help

When you deposit and play a certain amount you become VIP. Althought i wagered a large amount to move up VIP levels to have hogjwr withdrawal limit, but was told it only goes off deposit made.

Hello, thanks for joining. I'm a bit concerned with the complaints' progress; it seems this casino is not very talkative when it comes to addressing delays. Hopefully, the second time frame brings the casino representative into the complaint thread!

1402 canadian dollars are gone.

175 of that was deposit. They are saying because account was closed due to self exclusion all fund are non refundable.

Feeling fortunate they returned 1600 of the total 1775 deposited.

Hi Radka,

Please can you help me. The casino are not accepting my proof of address which I have uploaded a bank statement and a government issued document. They are saying I need a phone, gas or electricity bill. I have attached their policy which shows they accept bank statements as proof of address. This has been going on since the 6th of May so 13 days now.file

No progress, back and forth with the VIP manager, 4 failed withdrawal requests to my bank card. I ordered a new card to my secondary bank account and it will not allow me to withdraw to this method unless ive used as a deposit. I attempted to deposit the minimum but it will not work. They keep saying request via bank transfer and i have no option of this in my withdrawal screen. Im getting really feed up
