My first withdrawal request was cancelled due to technical difficulties. I since won a significantly large amount which will take me 3 months to withdraw at there max $3,500 AUD a month. But all i did was upload my license to verify it on the website have not been asked for a selfie yet. The experts from casino guru have said above to continue with there requests and after 14 days they can try and assist. i recommend continuing doing as they ask and after the 14 days lodge a complaint with casino guru 🙂

Thankyou I have now had my passport verified and have had to send more ( proof of bank /address/and selfie with passport)which i know you have to so i will see how long that takes

I have had 2 successful withdrawls of 800 Canadian however my deposits totals 1800 approximately..but now I'm in the loop of rejected withdrawls and reverification requests by them..was up to almost 9000 in winnings..but gambled it down to 1400 just to get out as I was feeling that they would never pay out 9000.

emails have been sent to them requesting to close and hopefully cash out 1400.

I asked are they licensed under Anjouan which had links to giving out scam licenses. They said refer to our website. They then said sorry we were not aware its not listed on our website and we have forwarded it to the technical team for review.

same here..unable to bring up website? Get error msg...Im actually surprised they payed out at all ..im thankfully I'm only down 200 total (deposits) ..max withdrawal for me is 800. I put in for smaller amounts thinking it might help but was still rejected. Hope you get some or all out!..they seem definitely to be shady!

Apparently the withdrawal limit for australian players on basic VIP level 1 is $900AUD a day. I requested $1,000 out which is what the chat support thing said i could. They said because i requested above the aloud amount they have had to change internal procedure to allow it to go through? Will let you know if anything comes through. I think the delays and stalling is in hope you will play back your winnings.

Are you now fully verified? I am still awaiting on 2 out of 4 documents to be verified? Also what’s the best way you recommend to contact them on? They seem to just not reply for 3 days reply once and then wait another 3 days

Yeah I got an email saying I am ViP but didn’t get a manager to contact. Just going to keep pestering everyday I am not going to play back my winnings so they going to have to pay me out. We will get our money.

I will be in contact once i get to the 14 day period. Does that 14 day period start from the first attempt to withdraw? If its been cancelled and then been told to try again does it go from the 2nd or 3rd attempt

I would treat the first withdrawal request as the start marker. To be honest, my colleagues accept even requests submitted before that time frame, in such cases the time counter is set according to the issue timeline described in the requests.

The point is to complain when something goes wrong; the rest can always be specified afterwards during the first few phases of the complaint process itself. Still, in case of delayed payments, the casino has 14 full days to resolve and pay; after that, my colleagues will step in and start the investigation.

I just filled out a 5 year self exclusion form they sent me by email..to get out and get payed out..hopefully that works. I do have a problem..thats not a lie.
