Hi, what does the casino say about not paying you your money yet? I saw that the safety index is pretty bad, so honestly, I'm not surprised that there have been some problems. 

I also noticed that you've already lodged a complaint, so we'll see if we can get in touch with the casino, even though from what I've seen, they almost never respond.
