I deposited $700 at Crypto-Games.io. Their terms required me to wager my deposit 2x before withdrawing, which I completed.

After requesting my withdrawal, they told me that my bets are under review because they detected "a large number of violations" and that my funds may be withheld.

I asked them to specify which rule or term I allegedly violated, but they refused to provide any details and simply told me to check the Terms & Conditions myself.

I completed the required 2x wagering of my $700 deposit using only my own deposited funds. I did not claim or use any welcome bonus or other promotion.

I initially played casino games, then placed some live sports bets, mainly on Paraguayan basketball and an U23 national teams match, as well as a few other matches. My sports betting limits were already very low, so I later returned to casino games to complete the wagering requirement.

Once the 2x wagering requirement was completed, I requested the withdrawal. There was no bonus abuse involved, since I never accepted any deposit bonus.

I am also attaching screenshots showing that my withdrawal has been pending for several days. During that time, the casino did not contact me or provide any explanation regarding the delay. It was only after I contacted them myself to ask about the withdrawal that I was told that my bets were under review due to "a large number of violations."

That detail about the sports bets matters. I understand you used only your own deposited funds, so a bonus restriction wouldn’t explain the situation you’ve described.
