Ειλικρινά δεν ξέρω ποιος τους χορηγεί άδειες λειτουργίας, αλλά προς το παρόν κάνουν ό,τι θέλουν και αυτό βλάπτει τους παίκτες. Με ανάγκασαν να στείλω τα έγγραφα περίπου δύο ή τρεις φορές πριν τα αποδεχτούν και μετά κατέθεσαν ό,τι είχα παίξει και τα κέρδη. Ας δούμε αν έχουν την ευπρέπεια να τα καταθέσουν στον λογαριασμό μου.

And yes, sometimes smaller payouts are processed relatively quickly, but then suddenly you're back to waiting days and weeks for a payout, only to be fobbed off with the same old platitudes and completely ripped off...

A delay of several days can quickly lead to financial difficulties or even turn what was originally a profitable investment into a worthless transaction. On top of that, if you're already waiting for several days, you certainly don't want to have to cancel the amount you're already waiting for just to adjust or change it.

If you could at least submit multiple withdrawal requests simultaneously, the wait would be somewhat more bearable... But to be honest, I'm really angry and can't longer recommend your site under the current conditions. Which is a real shame for this Casino.

I deposited 100€ couple months ago, current balance is around 500€. I tried to withdraw 100€ and uploaded the standard amount of documents (bank statement, ID).

Instead of processing my withdrawal, they sent me this:

For my own safety reason? I can deposit money without any KYC, but once in want to withdraw I have to send them all type of documents? Notarized ID? Thats insane.

It is nothing unusual that casinos would ask for all the documents, actually. They have to do these checks due to the AML policy and it is always good to cooperate as much as possible in order to get the winnings.

Have you already sent them everything they asked for, or are you still hesitating?

Thats absolutely not usual procedure. I have played with roughly 20 bookies and not a single one required me to go to a notary and get a notarized copy of my ID. Thats ridiculous.

I asked AI if the amount of documents they are asking for is justified and it clearly said no, only justified scenario is if someone wants to withdraw a big amount of money.

Lets call it by its name, thats the behaviour of a bookie that wants to harass you with a ton of verification requests in the hope that you give up.

Hello, Let me say that from a player perspective it makes perfect sense; however, the reality does not very much depend on what the other 20 casinos or bookies do but on what this current situation is about.

So, from the operator's perspective, it makes sense too and this may be the first time an operator decided to require such a specific document.

I believe the main goal is to withdraw money from the casino or bookie, so providing the required document may be less difficult than having to explain "why do you need that," if you understand what I mean.

We are not here to change anyone's feelings; however, anything can happen. Still, the primary goal is to receive payment.

Let me add that I understand why it feels so harassing.

So the market leaders are absolutely fine with only ID and bank statement, but somehow a crypto bookie NEEDS to have all these type of documents. notarized ID, payroll, tax return, bank statements, information about your job, etc.

And they are fine with you depositing money without any checks and hope that you lose all your money and keep depositing, but as soon as you want to withdraw money, you need to send them all type of invasive documents? Surely thats for our safety. Very funny.


Also, checking recent reviews, majority of them are negative, a lot of them citing the same verification harassment, saying that even when they brought them everything they asked for, they kept asking for more and didnt pay out.

Giving this bookie a rating of 8.4 seems like a joke.


Ill ask our national gambling comission if that is proper procedure. I doubt it.

Well, I'm not here to oppose you.

You said it; when it comes to casinos, this is not much of an exception, and I was talking about just that.

I know you didn't ask, but you are not reading the Safety Index correctly, it seems. It specifies whether the casino pays, not how quickly, especially since KYC, other checks, and various details significantly differ among players. Thus, the one number does not mean universal player happiness. For that, there is a forum and user reviews, just like you said.

I think we are in agreement, albeit from different viewpoints.


This casino pays but it is not pleasant and yes, it seems that trying a casino with a better user review score makes good sense.
