I’m in the same boat here. I’ve been waiting for withdrawal for a whole week. I was promised last Friday and nothing. I’m waiting for €2900 to be deposited into my crypto account. This is absolutely terrible. They used to be fast paying!

I have experienced exactly the same from Chipstars casino using delay tactics. I have tried making 2 withdrawals a year apart the first I didn't get because it wasn't processed after days n days of waiting so I lost it and the second I'm still waiting for as we speak 8 days in with exactly the same excuses and lies as pgibbyuk1 as experienced. The fact I have had this happen twice a year apart and the same thing each time shows this is a common practice at chipstars and I'm clearly not the only one to experience this. It's un ethical and shouldn't be allowed and just for thd record I think its pretty low to highly recommend this casino with such a high score. Its the worst I've ever used. I thought iwild casino which you also recommend was bad but even they don't come close to chipstars shameful tactics

Well, it's not exactly the best experience for users. But I want you to know that we always give casinos 14 days to process withdrawals, and if they fail to do so, we will help you because you have filed a complaint

Unfortunately, there are casinos that take longer to pay out to players, and I'm not saying it's okay if they tell you one thing and then another, or ignore you. 

Personally, I would always look at the information about where I'm going to deposit, and if I didn't like something, it would probably put me off. 

I don't defend the casino because I know what it's like to be on the other side as a player, which is why we created a resolution center to try to help players in need. 

I don't think there's anything more to say, just please don't gamble with your money, even if it takes longer. That way, the casino would win, and we wouldn't be able to help you. 

So please don't give up and hang in there this time.

Really shocked after doing very little digging at all this is a casino that's conning no doubt about it. Feel massively let down I was put on to it by casino gurus 8.3 score. There's no way they can believe that score, they should know better than anyone. I can ser from experience and very little digging that there crooked. Shame its cost me z lot of upset and money to find out

Well, I guess it is the easiest response for you, but the complaint process has always been like this. Maybe the casino has some issues, maybe not, but in any case every situation needs to be investigated and the casino must have a chance to resolve it—only then does it feel right to prosecute them once they start failing.


I understand that you are angry, but this approach will not be effective. Four open complaints for such a big casino are, sadly, quite normal. Unfortunately, the Safety Index does not measure the speed at which the casino settles complaints. Your case was resolved and the casino apologized - it was 4 months ago.

Nothing we could say or do here on the forum would help you feel less frustrated, so it would be best to leave you alone.

Chipstars is rated herd as an8+ casino and having NO or very low number of complaints.

How?

I have just red the reviews and complaints many people in exactly the same situation of not being payed large withdrawals for not days but WEEKS!! I can comment as speaking from personal experience: these withdrawals are left councilable the whole time, allowing players to continue to play and then lose the money they actually wanted withdrawn.

As this casinos games are variabley set to the lowest rtp, the outcome of playing on (I believe) is a very high likelihood of losing the lot.

This simply just shouldn't be allowed a withdrawal that someone wants in there bank to spend, left undone and just a single press away from being bk in there balance to more than likely be lost.

Many other casinos don't use these practices because it's just not fair and not the practices of a FAIR casino, which is what we are being told they are. There not. There live chat gives multiple excuses which kind of gives there little game away. I was PROMISED my withdrawal would be done latest, they said the end of the week. So naturally you think sweet I have that money coming then bur I'm still 900 euro out of pocket as I still have not been payed today. I have tried making 2 withdrawals from this casino in around a 3 year period and BOTH! had these issues and I haven't received either of them. They were made a year apart so this seems to be a common thing and I'm not the only one just read the reviews. An 8+ honest casino really?? Casino guru I do believe you need to change this rating. I personally have never been messed with this bad by a casino it has caused me many stressful days and shouldn't be allowed or recommended so highly, I wouldn't advice a friend to play there ever, that's for sure!

There not paying many people for weeks myself included. Worst place I have ever played bar none!

I recommend NEVER PLAY AT CHIPSTARS THEY TAKE WEEKS N WEEKS TO PAY PEOPLE.

I'm sorry but the very notion of being fair when you are recommending those people at chipstars have an 8.3 rating is a joke. They have been purposely winding up, lying to me and playing dumb for ages I've won and been payed out at 2 different casinos that I didn't play until a week after I made a withdrawal with them. I have deposited thousands there not had a single withdrawal go through yet. I was PROMISED payment by end of last week and nothing. And as I know you know I'm by far the only one. I know how much it hurts to be treated the way grey have treated me so yes I am angry and yes I do think it awful they have such a high rating if anyone would know, if I know casino guru should know like i said it don't take much investigation to find out aspeciallhnif you have people coming to you. Like you do. I think its shameful I really do

Hi,

I get it, when someone’s frustrated and sees others venting, it’s tempting to jump in with strong words. But calling us "out of touch" doesn’t really help anyone understand what’s actually going on.

I’m not here to argue with anyone, and I’m genuinely glad to hear you were paid back then.

Still, I think it’s better to stay out of this particular situation. I’m not the enemy here — we provide the casino with a full 14 days to respond during the complaint process. I agree, it’s too long in many cases, but that’s the system in place. It wouldn’t be fair to punish casinos for following the rules we’ve publicly set.

What I do see, over and over again, is that many players don’t read the instructions and end up even more frustrated. I wish I could change that, but again, this is how the process works.

That said, this is exactly why we encourage players to use the complaint process. That’s the only way my colleagues can confront the casino directly and review any evidence properly. A few posts on the forum, no matter how honest, simply don’t carry the same weight.

Since your complaint hasn’t reached that stage yet, there’s really nothing we can demand from the casino right now. I’m saying this not to dismiss you, but to spare you more unnecessary stress. That’s all.

I also understand why you feel the rating looks like a recommendation. But it doesn’t reflect how fast payouts are, it reflects how likely they are to happen at all. Many players overlook the additional context, like complaints or user reviews, which is understandable, but our system works differently. The Safety Index doesn’t include forum discussions or personal stories.
