You make an excellent point about PIX. I guess other countries may use some sort of banking identity, but I would say it does not rule out a few other details needed for passing the KYC. PIX sounds much easier. 🙂

Every licensed casino at some point requests KYC, though there are some extra situations, like the aforementioned PIX from Brazil or perhaps a threshold, meaning that lower amounts are possibly processed without full-scale verification.

I was informed by this casino on the 17th that all withdrawals would be processed within 24 hours. However, my withdrawal is still pending, with the option to cancel it still available, and nothing has progressed.


I’ve spoken to multiple live chat advisors, but each one has given me different excuses, claiming they can’t reach the finance department. I’ve been told that around 20 requests have been sent to them, all of which have been ignored.


I’ve also emailed over six times without receiving a single response. At this point, I’m unable to get any help or update from anyone.


we are coming into the weekend now and I doubt I will see any money. This is the worse experience I have had at a casino

Hey, when a casino gives you a timeframe and doesn't meet it, it's never a pleasant experience. Anyway, you don't wait long enough to panic. It's quite possible that you won't get the money over the weekend, but I would definitely be patient and wait and see what happens next. Don't cancel your withdrawal and don't gamble with the money so you don't lose it. 

If the casino doesn't send you the money, we give them 14 days to go through the whole process, we'll try to help you out. 

However, did you play with any bonus? Didn't the casino ask for any documents from you?

Yes, my account is both approved and verified. I’ve been informed that there’s nothing wrong with my withdrawal and that it should be processed today. However, I don’t believe that will happen. The main issue is the lack of proper communication. If they kept me informed, I could understand delays, but the inconsistency and poor communication are incredibly frustrating.


One chat advisor claims the delay is due to a system transition, another says it’s because they’re busy, and yet another blames internal checks. I’ve also been told that the finance department only works until 6 PM—then another agent said they work until 9 PM. I was advised to email them, which I’ve done multiple times with no response whatsoever.


Their communication is absolutely awful. They advertise 24-hour withdrawals, but that’s clearly not true. Most chat agents are rude and just send out copy-and-paste replies. The only helpful person I’ve interacted with is Lucas—everyone else has been dismissive and unhelpful. I will never use this site to gamble again. And to clarify, this was not bonus money.

I understand completely. Importance in communication is necessary and when it comes to withdrawal I would say probably even more. Unfortunately, sometimes casinos are lacking in this activity and nothing can be done about it unless they fix it. 

Anyway, as I said, we will have to wait and see what happens next and when we get the money. 

You're verified, you've played without a bonus, so hopefully it won't take long. 

I'll be glad if you give me another update when you have something new.

I think it's hard to recommend casinos to players. I think I'd look at what casinos aren't on Gamstop and check out our review. In addition, user reviews and complaints and tried to compare more info.
