I can see that the casino has more positives than negatives from what you describe. I'm glad it's like this, although I can see a major downside that would put me somewhere in the middle of the scales as to whether I'd give it a try. But clearly for players who are not high rollers it's perfectly fine in my opinion.

Hmm, what do you mean, you didn't get a deposit to the casino or the casino confiscated your money as soon as you deposited it there?

Hello, do I understand correctly that you wanted to play in the casino and take advantage of some of their bonuses and so you couldn't take any in the end? 

I've seen this happen quite a few times and casinos can exclude players from taking bonuses. 

What I see as not okay is when a casino sends emails to players to register and take a bonus and then when they do, they are suddenly told that it is not possible. 

How was that for you?

I have been playing with them for a while. Everything seemed to be fine until i have won a 300 EUR reward from a tournament on their website. After winning the reward they claimed my username was not on winners list and they refused to pay out. Making excuses is the game providers fault. They are also making me contact the the game provider my self to check why i am not on the list. Straight up scamming, stay away

So did you make some screenshots perhaps when the tournament finished and you were placed?
