Hi, I'm new sorry. I don't really know how this works. I've won in this casino last Thursday (July 9th), the same day i made my account there. I did their automatic verification process there and all. I only deposited a total of i think, 45 euros and had one lucky hit on the slot Big Bass Splash and won over 700 euros with a 50-cent bet. Which was lucky, but I wouldn't say abnormally so, to suspect fraud.

So I played in the casino a bit more but eventually decided that at 800€ i wanna withdraw. I then tried to send a withdrawal request; I saw I wasn't fully verified. So I could only send a request of 500 euros, so for the time being I did just that. But I got an error that I needed to deposit first on this payment method. So I messaged support about this.
I also asked support about my verification, but they never answered this issue at all, they however did respond to the problem that I couldn't send a withdrawal request at all and made it so I could send the request. So i finally sent the request for 500€ for now since I couldn't do more.
I waited over the weekend, then, understanding they probably won't work the weekend.
But it's Monday, and the email I got is not what I expected:
The email said they sent my gaming session to the provider to check, which can take up to 14 working days.

So now I am just confused because I never had this problem at all. I didn't do anything wrong. And maybe that means I shouldn't worry, but my anxiety still makes me worry that I'm being tricked or something.
