Yes, they have to provide evidence. I already asked 3/4 times in the last 2 weeks and they completely ignored it. And with the verification they litterly LIED because they said this:

And when i confronted Kycaid their response was this:

After this i confronted the casino and again i was completely ignored.

If I may add an opinion, I would not expect the casino to communicate with you directly outside the complaint steps; casinos generally avoid this.

In my opinion, casinos prefer to place the responsibility for KYC performed by a separate provider on that provider, but the casino always has the final say. That's what I was told, for example.

In any case, the Safety Index is somewhere in between so I hope there is a chance for a fair outcome.

That is correct but as you can see i was verified and then i was SUDDENLY unverified and they say that KYCAID did this. However only the casino could do that so i don't understand why they say that they did not do this. We will see with the complained how it end because i got more then 10 issues that is not correct from their side with proof. I checked als other complaines and they react faster than i'm waiting right now. It looks very bad for them in my opinion.

I'm not familiar with the details, but based on what you told us here, it seems that the casino may have somehow changed its previous decision to align with the recommendation from the other company. I know how it sounds, and I understand what you are saying. It is better to see how the casino representative will explain the complaint. Not convenient, no doubt about it!

I got some details right now. The casino replied to the case and it RIGGED as hell. They still did not give any details that we asked more then 5 times right now + what they are saying is not even possible!



  • It's not even possible to buy 20 euro bonus rounds with bonus money as far as i know. The maximum bet is 5 euro UNLESS you have real balance!
  • So i bought a bonus round of 20 euro then left the game and according to them that is fraud. Played in more then then 40 online casino's and NEVER heard this.

This is just a fraud not to pay my 4.160 EUR that i won fair!

Hi and thanks for the follow-up. I believe you when you say a bonus buy is not possible with bonus funds; to me, it makes sense too.

Here's the idea though: if you still can access your casino account, can you take a look at the gaming history, if it's even there, of course? In my opinion, such a situation could be cleared by checking those problematic spins in the history. The balance, bet and outcome should be there.

However, not every platform allows players such a detailed history, so that's just an idea... I would not be surprised to see this request in the complaint thread, though.


Now that I am giving it a second try, could it be possible that the bet is not the only problem? I mean, the description the casino sent you is not explicitly specific, I'd say.

Are there any other parts explaining how the fair play was breached? Perhaps I didnt understand it well at all. 🙁

I got screenshots of the bonus and deposits and also that it was real balance and everything. In my opinion they made it up.

Exactly! I asked them 4 times for proof and detailed with what is wrong and now casino guru ask for it to and they litterly only say that i made a bet of 20 euro bought a bonus round and left the game and later one i collected the winnings. Accoording to them that is fraud. So i bought maybe 300 bonus rounds and what if my phone died and then i charg it and play on according to them that is fraud.

I double checked everything and its wrong and not correct. How can you let me play everyday for a month and let me make deposits and when i win 4.160 EUR and then SUDDENLY say oh yeh it's bonus amount you can play, then when i play i almost finished the wager and then say oh you made fraud so we close your account.

They also lied about the verification , i asked that also 4 times with 0 replies.

Oh, I see... and I agree that such a fraud accusation, as we mentioned earlier, should be supported by strong proof. Furthermore, if the casinos suspect unusual activity, I would expect them to take immediate action. To me, it sounds highly unfair to let such a player deposit further, only to cap or void the winnings later. Well, I do not fully understand based on what circumstances or proofs the casino made that decision, so I'm far from making conclusions, but I hope the current and most important part of the complaint will bring more light to that. I still have a feeling that there is more to the casinos' decisions, but I have no idea what that might be. Still, they should fully and clearly explain their position and decision at least to the mediator, if not to you.

If there is more reason about why they closed my account and does not want to pay out my winnings i'm very curious and they should provide proof. If there is proof where they show that i was wrong or anything i would accept it but even then still not fully because they would let me keep depositing. I mean they could take al the time and when i would have deposit 1.000 euro nothing would happend but if i would win 50k they would also do the same and suddenly say you commit fraud. We will see the case is still busy. Im just lucky i got screenshots of everything otherwise you will automaticly lose.

I think I understand the perspective. If the casino knew something wasn't right and there was some sort of doubt that would negatively affect your chance of withdrawing winnings, letting you deposit seems off. I know I said that already, but it's best to wait for what explanation the casino comes up with. Once we fully understand what made them act the way they did, we can respond to concrete issues, and that should lead to a fair outcome.

I agree with you; it's sad, but players should always be ready to take a snapshot of problematic chat conversations or anything potentially misleading. It's great you did that.

I did that because i already had a bad feeling that verification wasn't working, withdraws canceled for no reason. The funny thing is i told a buddy of mine you will see because i want a couple of thousands they will do anything to slow or even avoid paying. And see what happens. I just want to end this case and quit online gambling because this is way too ridicilious that online casino's can do this without any proof.

Well, I understand this question is important, but perhaps still unnecessary. You know when any casino representative decides not to support their actions with proof, or at least find a compromise, the case usually ends as unresolved, which declares we cannot agree with the casino's standpoint, but due to lack of supportive evidence or direct cooperation, we can only close the case. That's why it is always recommended to play in locally licensed casinos; the final option is to escalate the situation to the casino licensing body.

Let's hope the casino will cooperate enough to secure a fair ending to the complaint.

Let's wait and see. I still have a bad feeling about this. This has started in april already and i i asked them 6 times for proof and they litterly ignores it and when you guys do it they want a explaination why a 3rd party ask for these details. There is only one solution and that is pay out my money! And you are correct its best to play in licensed casino's but after this im just super scared to play any casino so it quit online gambling after 13 years. Like i said before in 13 years of playing i witnessed a lot but this is just ridicilious and in my opinion a scam.

I imagine this kind of experience must be quite shocking, and I understand it's something you can't easily ignore. Decent casino should always support its customers and make them feel valued or at least act in good faith with the players.

No wonder so many players do not trust online casinos much... as far as I can recall.
