Blaze casino is good in general.

I had a huge jackpot win with bonus money and the paid every dime of it in time after i completed the play though.

Had other wins also.

Although the first withdrawals from casino to bank account never arrived at my bank account until today, 4 months later, live chat can't help effectively, just a promise for an email reply, emails with proof of payment or a fix to the problem where not send as promised.

2022-01-19 16:58PM bank (iban) 275.00 EURO never arrived on my bank account even if its marked as complete by the system. Supported asked me via email 3 months ago if I want proof of payment, I said yes, but proof never arrived.

Bank payments to my country looks problematic, I made 2 more bank withdrawals, second of 980 euros arrived on time, second of 4000 euros took some weeks. First one of 275 euros still missing. From that time I'm only withdrawing and depositing with skrill and everything is fine. All I need is my 275 euros, can you help me attract casino's attention to my problem?

I also find it pretty strange that the first withdrawal has not been credited yet especially when the second seems to be ok.

I advise submitting a complaint because we would definitely need to get in touch with the casino.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal since July 9, 2022 until today. I have contacted customer support several times and they have never given me a coherent answer, they have not responded to several emails I have sent and they can never help me.

There are plenty of casinos you can play on, stay away from blaze.

I want to thank you for bringing this matter to the forum. Allow me to paste here a direct link leading to your unresolved complaint.

I also checked the casino's complaint history and it seems that several others were resolved. It just crossed my mind whether it would be of any use to ask your unresolved complaint to be reopened.

I can't come up with any reasonable explanation for the mix of resolved and unresolved complaints submitted against this casino.

Please, take it as a personal opinion, no one can grant you a positive outcome.

I fear I can't help you out with the complaint. It was closed due to the casino's unresponsiveness, I'm afraid.

"There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I wish I could be of more help."

Is there anything in particular that makes you feel the casino has changed its approach?

I was hoping they would respond to my complaint. This is because they have responded to other complaints in the last few months...

I saw that. I'd love to come up with a solution, but honestly - without a new fact to present the reopening is not most likely to happen.

I fear the licensing authority is not the solution in this case either, but I'll ask: Have you tried to reach the authority? Many players see that as a lost cause, so sorry for that.

Blaze licensing authority is gaming-curacao.. they dont even have a method to open a dispute...

Blaze casino finally paid my cashout after 1year and 4 months (https://casinoguru-en.com/blaze-casino-the-player-s-withdrawal-is-delayed). you can change it to solved

I think you waited an extremely long time and it paid off in the end. I wouldn't have hoped for a positive outcome. 

Anyway, did you file a complaint with the authorities and did they help resolve it ? 

As for the complaint with us, I spoke to Stefan who handled your case and he will reopen your complaint and ask you to confirm that you got your money, so I would ask you to confirm it there. 

I hope you don't come across a similar case again, because I can imagine how much time and nerves you must have lost. I wish you the best of luck.

I only asked because Radka suggested such a possibility, so I wanted to know if you used it. Anyway, I think you can be satisfied, although I'm not sure to what extent. You got paid and you learned your lesson. I hope there will be casinos waiting for you where you won't have to deal with such problems. And thank you for taking the time to update Stefan so quickly.

Hey, could you please explain a bit more what happened to you in the casino ? I can see that you don't have the best experience, so it would be good to describe it and maybe we can give you a helping hand.
