I wish it was that easy Daniel but I self excluded from the UK about 3 years ago so don't have a great choice of legitimate casinos here in the UK not on gamstop.... my own fault I know.
Unfortunately you're not the only one having the same issues. It's very common for UK players. Of course, it's a good thing that you can self-exclude yourself whenever you feel it's needed, but how does it help when you can just sing up in another casino that isn't on the Gamstop list?

Exactly the same and funds not received yet, fingers crossed in next few days it arrives.
Woohoo, €500 received, I have another $400 to come, once received, I will leave a positive review. It hasn't been authorised yet but the previous $500 took a few days to be authorised and then a further few days for funds to be received.

I believe it's not a good casino, because they have their terms set very unfairly towards players, but if you like the casino, then you can surely continue playing there.
How long did you wait to get your withdrawal any one please? They haven't paid me even though they say it has been processed may 31st 2022 but still nothing and just say check your bank but I haven't received it!!

I can't advise you about the waiting time because players who previously have the same issue, had not submitted any complaints.
Honestly, it seems that those players were paid eventually.
I'd normally advise you to submit a complaint (feel free to do so here) but I'm not sure whether we would be able to help you.
They have stolen over £2300 from me so far, and of the funds remaining I have tried to withdraw without success. Should be avoided at all costs
