Exactly the same has happened to me…. I withdrew 2000 and after days of no contact I made a complaint and am now blocked and unable to access my account…. Shocking -

I always find this very strange when players get paid some part of their winnings and then they get banned for some reason. You either did something bad and you shouldn't be paid at all or you did nothing wrong and then they should pay you everything you won. (if there weren't any win limits applied)

They don’t reply so what can I do? They are doing this to all players since December… stealing money and then deactivating account… I want them exposed so no more players lose funds

Hello, I am very sorry and understand your frustration. You say it is concerning many players since December and also you mentioned you are used to play in this casino for long time with verification two years ago. If you haven't experienced previous problems in the past I wonder they would suddenly act unfairly. There might be many reasons why it is happening especially in this busy Christmas month and casino can be facing some inconveniences now (btw casino has a good reputation and 18 solved cases as you can see yourself). I agree that you have a reason to be angry now because of cutting you off what should not normally happen but please stay patient for now. We giving casinos two weeks for verification process and for withdrawal. Let's see if Krisitina invite the casino to your communication and if they accept the invitation to your complaint and clarify the situation. I wish you good luck✨

Γεια σας, ήρθα να αναφέρω το πρόβλημά μου, αυτό που συνέβη ήταν το εξής: Μου πρότειναν ένα καζίνο με μπόνους χωρίς κατάθεση 100 δωρεάν περιστροφών, μιλάω για το BitDice Casino. Κατάφερα να γεμίσω τη ράβδο στοιχημάτων (wagger bar) για να μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη ό,τι κέρδισα, που ήταν όλα καλά, μετέφεραν το ποσό των 100 δωρεάν περιστροφών στο πορτοφόλι του καζίνο μου, έκανα την ανάληψη στο lemon wallet μου, 10 ημέρες πριν και σήμερα που θέλω να μπω στο καζίνο, ΕΚΠΛΗΞΗ, διέγραψαν τον λογαριασμό μου. Περιμένω απάντηση αν δεν είναι καζίνο SCAMMER, και αν όχι, θα σας αφήσω την εμπειρία μου για να μην χάνετε χρόνο με τις 100 δωρεάν βολές (ήμουν εκεί για 2 μέρες για να γεμίσω τη μπάρα στοιχήματος 100%). Σας ευχαριστώ που μου δώσατε ένα χώρο στη σελίδα σας για να πω την εμπειρία μου με αυτό το καζίνο.
