Thanks for your response. I don't think that you can get 11.000 euros. I am at 39 stage and at the end of that, it gives you 20 euros as bonus money. I don't believe that at 5 stages that are remaining you can get 10.980 euros. But this is not my real problem. I have made 3 withdrawal requests from the 24 of December. And i am still waiting for them to be processed. I don't think that this casino is a scam, but i believe that they delay it so much so you can't hold your self and cancel the withdrawal requests and start playing.

I'd say you are very generous. December may cause a delay, so true... But a decent casino should know how to keep players informed and minimize the damages.

I just did a complaint here too. Also i have sent a complaint to their complaints email. I will wait to see what is going to happen.

Μέχρι και σήμερα τίποτα. Μίλησα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και το μόνο που μου λένε είναι ότι λυπούνται για την καθυστέρηση, ότι δεν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα με το αίτημα ανάληψης που έχω κάνει και ότι θα επεξεργαστεί το αίτημα το συντομότερο δυνατόν. Αλλά τα ίδια μου τα λένε εδώ και 10 μέρες. Επίσης το καζίνο αυτό δεν σε αφήνει να κάνεις ανάληψη πάνω από 500 ευρώ κάθε μέρα και σε αφήνει να έχεις έως και τρία αίτημα ανάληψης σε εκκρεμότητα. Εγώ κέρδισα 2.000 + ευρώ και έχω κάνει τρία αίτημα ανάληψης των 500 ευρώ το καθένα σε διάστημα τριών ημερών. Είχα 500+ ευρώ στο λογαριασμό μου που δεν μπορούσα να κάνω αίτημα ανάληψης λόγω του ότι έχω τρία αίτημα σε εκκρεμότητα. Μετά από τόσες μέρες ξεκίνησα να παίζω και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να χάσω αυτά τα 500+ ευρώ που είχα στον λογαριασμό μου. Και έμεινα με τα τρία αίτημα ανάληψης που είναι ακόμα σε εκκρεμότητα. Και να θέλω να καταθέσω χρήματα για να παίξω, δεν το κάνω γιατί αν κερδίσω δεν μπορώ να κάνω αίτημα για ανάληψη των κερδών.

Well, this is indeed quite a common situation with casinos. 🙁Do not ask me why but the funny limit of €500 daily is usually just a paper idea. How often do they process payouts in reality? Each one daily? Usually not, if Imay say so.
