Where do you mean that the casino has fake user reviews? It might be interesting to see. Sometimes it's quite a pattern with some casinos that occurs over time and we try to keep an eye out for these things as well. As soon as we suspect something like this might be going on, we take a responsible approach and take steps to make sure it doesn't happen.

The people you are talking to are actually betplays workers. Believe it or not..
They are currently in a stage of scamming / shutting customers accounts down. Then claiming these people were never customers. It's interesting to see a person who was " never " a customer have 50+ emails from betplays in their inbox.
They post fake reviews on here and trustpilot. But for some reason your site support it. There are hundeds of thousands stolen in stories on trustpilot. For some reason only the truth is being shared there. They try drowning out the negative reviews with fake positive reviews.
Ive gambled millions. I've never seen this magnitude of scamming before.
You know you'd think I'd have negative things or energy to put into other casinos.. But I dont. No other casino has scammed me like this.

Flexx, only 1 review. Yeah not strange at all that a site that has a fake license has a fresh review from a person who has not reviewed any LOCAL legitimate casinos. Not strange at all.

Read these. Real picture comes out real fast. Or you can you know.. Put your own money in there. I suggest 2000 euro to start with and see how long it takes until your money has been stolen from you and you cannot access your account.

Casinoguru simply wont believe us or anyone on this matter and it's pretty insane.. Most likely having direct talks with a scammer also in these chats. Insanity. Casino evaluator taking the side of scammers. How is this happening.. The scammers are laughing I can guarantee this.. They're having the time of their lives at casinogurus expense.
