Hi! My partner is tryna withdraw winnings from betmaster the last 2 weeks .. they said he has ro verify his account and send 2 letters with his address he lives with me so doesn't have much with his name and his address but he sent an euro bill and an an post letter they wont accept it... I dont understand how they can verify him to let him open the account but won't let him withdraw funds? Have you any ideas that could help us?
