I had a very frustrating experience with Betandyou regarding a withdrawal issue.
I deposited and played without any bonus and won funds. However, I was unable to withdraw my balance through normal means.
The site initially showed a bank transfer withdrawal option, which was my only available method. After attempting to process the withdrawal and waiting, this option later disappeared without explanation.
The casino later referred to a "technical issue with their payment provider" affecting withdrawals. Despite this, my request for a refund of my €195 deposits was still refused.
At one point, customer support suggested that I make an additional deposit using a different payment method and continue playing in order to access my funds, which I found unusual in the context of a withdrawal issue.
Customer support responses remained very generic and were often redirected to email without providing a clear resolution.
After several days of communication, I have now escalated the matter through mediation.
I am sharing this experience for informational purposes so that other players are aware of how such situations may be handled.

May I ask why you would request a refund, though?
If the issue is on their side, there has to be some other way for you to withdraw your winnings. If they offer cryptocurrency, for example, because they are unable to fix the issue with the payment provider, you should deposit just a minimum amount through crypto so they can verify your payment method, and then you should be able to withdraw the winnings without any issues.

Thank you for your response.
The issue is not simply about finding another withdrawal method.
When I attempted to withdraw my €800 winnings, the bank transfer option was initially available. However, after waiting, this option was removed, and I was left without any functional withdrawal method.
Additionally, I was advised by the casino’s support to make a new deposit using a different payment method in order to access my funds. I consider this inappropriate, as it requires additional risk on my side just to access already existing funds.
Because of this situation, I decided not to proceed further and instead requested a refund of my deposits (€195), as I no longer had a reliable way to withdraw my winnings.
Furthermore, the casino has acknowledged a technical issue with their payment provider, but still refuses to refund my deposits.
My request is therefore not about withdrawing winnings anymore, but about recovering my initial deposits due to the inability to access my funds under normal conditions.

I get your point, but if you have won fair and square, as I could say, you should receive your winnings. Right?
Therefore, I believe that a small amount you would put in the casino so the casino can verify your payment method would be surely better than losing your winnings and only getting your initial deposit back.
