I think the original deposit was for £40 with a win of €800. I don't think the bank would give me the that but maybe the £40.

After the 14 days, can you do charge backs from your bank if the money was deposited via Mastercard or debit card or does that only work for credit cards? Based on dealings I’ve had with a previous scam (slotsangel to name them) the responses are very similar and I’m 99% tucan is as well now

You will have to check with the provider through which you made the deposit to find out what their requirements are for a chargeback and the time limits.
However, you need to be careful because, even though scam casinos do exist, chargebacks are something that can affect your overall casino gaming experience.
I have also seen cases where players have had their bank accounts closed.
That's why I always recommend finding out as much information as possible before you go anywhere to play.

I just want to inform that my country is restricted but I got my withdrawal request proceeded and the payout is on my account. I made a withdrawal 27th of sep (saturday) and one 1st of October. Both done and on my account today.

UPDATE - After all this time kicking off they just refused my Crypto payment !
I went back into chat and was told they wanted to pay via bank transfer so I set that up and then told .......... Your in the que again please give them 36 to review it !!!?

Mind you my first withdrawal request was on the 27th of september and this second one from 1st of october.
aaaand also… I deposit 2500€ in 10 days 🥹 but a win is a win right??
to be honest I didnt even think it would go through beacuse sweden is restricted. Maybe my large amount of deposit had something to do with it. Or my constant nagging in the chat 🤪

WOW. After multiple emails and constant harassment on chat I finally got an advisor who did there job properly ! 86 days over a thousand lines of communication and they finally gave in and paid me. I do hope everyone else can get there's soon

Spam the crap out of them. I was straight onto live chat everyday and sending complaint emails. I was refused that payment as Crypto and when I went into chat I told them I had put it as bank transfer and that I wanted it sorting today. I guess there just sick of me and gave in. They even disabled the chat function at one point but I found a way back in 😂

Got the email yesterday, money in bank today 👍🏻 all good, withdrawal didn’t actually take too long after being verified
