I’m waiting on KYC documents to be approved to get a withdrawal, it’s been over 5 days and no movement even though the site states it will be done in 48hours and I feel I’m starting to get the copy and paste replies on the live chat etc that scam sites typically use? Yes I sent everything they asked for but it’s been 5 days and on their site it states within 48hours and the chat keeps telling me they have high volumes so there is a delay which is a classic scam response,
when you google Tucan casino it doesn’t come up either

Update: I heard back from the KYC dep via email asking for slightly different documents as one of the ones I sent didn’t meet the requirements, which is a positive, I’ve sent the adjusted ones so we will see how it plays out

Tucans terms say no Uk players allowed, I’m sure I’ve seen they’ve paid Uk players on one of their sites before but I’ve seen many stories of them voiding Uk player winnings even after saying it’s ok( they will take your money but not pay you) .

The truth is that if a player registers at such a casino and provides all the correct information, and the casino has information that the player is from a restricted country, then it should not allow him to play immediately.

Thanks I will, I’ve seen Immerion have paid out UK and US players and they seem highly rated on casino guru, maybe a reputation for slow withdrawals but I’m hopeful. I’ll make a complaint if there’s no movement . Also they said no KYC which is odd
