Well, this casino is not licensed for your country; it is actually not licensed at all, and its rating is rather poor; hence, I guess that's why Jaro was so glad to see at least one withdrawal done.

Yh casino is a joke just keep moving goalpost cos there own chat advisers told me based on there refund policy I be entitled to £2500 refund what I had in my account and. Now want 12 more pieces id I have sent all and that been verified we see say now as like id close my account and leave money there I don’t think I can get it lol I have request chargeback with bank fact they not got a license and using someone else number surely is enough for fraud

Well, to be honest, playing in a casino without the UKGC license means that the casino must find other ways to accept your deposits and send potential winnings. This is where those intermediary banks or payment providers come from. Playing in UKGC licesed casino would prevent those problems you're having.
So, please keep that in mind; this casino and many others with the same "qualities" and without proper licenses are not recommended at all.
