I was hoping to meet you again at a far more convenient occasion. Fake slots? That's intense.

Yes, 2024 was not that good to me in matter of casinos. I fell on one which accused me of using vpn, now this.
I am not saying i am 100 percent right but i had that feeling after my experience on that casino.

If you've been playing something for so long, I believe you've already studied it.
I think that Radka offered all the possibilities that can be tried by you or what you can do. I would probably try all of them and see what you find out. For us it is hard to tell if the slots are really fake and we have had an enormous amount of debate about this with colleagues.
But you don't get anything for trying.

I am waiting a withdrawal for almost 3 days... i have withdrawn like 40 times there and it was always paid in couple hours. Although their terms and conditions say up to 24 hrs maximum. I have contacted manager per mail, the agents in chat keep telling me they sent him a message too but nothing is done, they don't pay or even reply. I feel like they are trying to find a fake proof just to not pay me... or am i getting paranoid for experiencing it in the past? I played without taking a bonus and won 350 euros. I don't understand why it takes so much time now, knowing i have been paid thousands in couple hrs.

I was about to suggest a few tricks to help out with the complaint. I can assure you our website allows all countries to access the complaint feature, but the modern world is sometimes a bit complicated. 😀
