Hello Jaro, hi everybody, I’m Pepe. New to the Guru website !

I recently grabbed a $30 nodeposit bonus at A Big Candy Casino, met their 30× wagering requirement, and ended up with $1,100 in my account. When I asked support how to cash out in BTC, they told me I could skip uploading any documents, just make a $30 "verification" deposit in crypto. Yet their official Terms & Conditions clearly state that photo ID and proof of address are mandatory before any withdrawal, and withdrawals won’t even be reviewed without documents and payment details. They also warn about processing fees (up to $40) and weekly withdrawal caps.

Has anyone here successfully withdrawn their winnings by simply making that $30 crypto deposit instead of full KYC? Do you think this is a genuine shortcut? or just another way to lock in players’ money? Would you risk the extra $30, or is it smarter to walk away?

Any real-world experiences or advice would mean a lot. Thanks!

Hi, I'm also wondering what to tell you. From what I've seen, the casino doesn't have a high safety index. I also looked at the complaints and the casino has 4 pending, the rest some resolved and some where the players have not responded to us. 

As far as KYC is concerned, the casino can ask for it on the first withdrawal but it doesn't have to do so. So I wouldn't worry too much about that. What can happen, though, and it wouldn't be rare that while you're waiting for your money, they might suddenly want the documents. But I believe if they told you they didn't need them they wouldn't do it, but you have to be prepared for anything.

A $30 deposit is not a small amount, but I don't think it's very much and it's usually used to verify the payment method.

So I don't want to tell you how to decide and it will be up to you. You have other players' experience here, I think it might not be bad. 

Anyway, the casino doesn't have a license, so you could complain to us or to some other sites, but that doesn't guarantee that if you didn't get the money from the casino that it would be resolved. 

So I guess you have to consider all the pros and cons and that's what I would decide if I were you.

I am playing there and i have always been paid in 3 business days.

Concerning the verification process, only Australian people need to send verification documents, other players only need to make a verification deposit.

I advise you to write an email to ask them to allow you to make a withdrawal after you made your verification deposit.

Tell us later if you got your money.

I have asked a 730 AUD last night, I'll update too.

I won on a deposit, i usually play without taking bonuses there.


But we cannot withdraw because it asks documents. This is why i advise him to write an email since he doesn't need to send them so they fix it manually.

Do not worry, I honestly felt the same way when i started playing there. I don't know why other people get trouble and wait for weeks but personally I have always been paid in 3 days. 2 days to be approved and paid on 3rd day.

I withdrew with bitcoin because bank wire is not supported for my country. It's ok, i can wait as long as i get paid. Thank you dear.
