Quick update: the situation has now become worse. 22bet has replied that they are closing my gaming account and stopping any cooperation with me after a Security Department investigation. They refer generally to their Terms and Conditions and to possible multi-account rules, but they do not provide any concrete evidence, dates, account details, or explanation of what I supposedly did wrong.

They also say the decision is final, not subject to appeal, and that further questions will be ignored.

This makes no sense to me. The only possible thing I can think of is that my son had an account with them around three years ago. My own account was opened in 2025, so I do not understand how this can reasonably justify closing my account now and blocking access to my funds.

Has anyone else had 22bet close an account like this after a long verification process, citing multi-account rules without giving specific evidence? Did they refund the balance?

Oh, I guess that now we know what the casino has been investigating all the time. I would also like to say that, frankly, it is sort of the business standard for casinos not to share their findings with players, as they consider rule breaches involved on the players' side. Yeah, I know how it sounds.

Imagine that from their perspective: the matter is crystal clear, the call has been made, and explaining how they came to the conclusion would only help future multiaccounters. That's what I usually hear.
